We are looking for an enthusiastic and self –driven Product Manager to join our Team.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from strategy to implementation and evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market and competitors’ landscape and define the optimum product range for the Greek, Bulgarian and Cypriot Markets, in order to achieve Targets that have been set
• Define brand strategy from a commercial point of view and develop business plan to be implemented
• Develop deep product knowledge and articulate the product’s value in a way that resonates within the market
• Focus on continually optimizing the product range and pricing whilst ensuring achievement of Qualitative and Quantitative Targets
• Budgeting, P&L Analysis, Forecasting and product availability with correct stock level
• Follow-up performance and define corrective actions
• Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure success of product-driven initiatives
• Product Training both internally as well as towards Dealers
• Understand the “why” behind everything we do and instill that understanding across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and / or Business
• Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
• At least 5+ years of experience as Product Manager
• Problem Solving Ability and Analytical Skills
• Strong Business Acumen and Negotiation Skills
• Team Working, Communication (written / verbal) and Leadership Skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in the English Language and IT Savvy
• Ability to Travel Abroad & within Greece on occasion
