As FTTx Project Engineer you will play an integral role in the implementation of our fiber optics & 5G network projects and you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality results in the designing of the required Technical plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing Design engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Perform overall quality control of the work (plans, personnel’s performance) and report to the Head of Engineering regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Engineer team
• Designing technical plans required by local authorities
• Collecting all necessary paperwork for the issuance of necessary permits and submission before competent authorities
• Company representation and communication with public premises
• Permit management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or another related technical field
• Good command of the German language (current level: B2)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD or other similar design and visualisations software
• 1 to 3 years previous working experience in construction or (ideally) in the telecommunication field
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Driving license

Ideally you shall also have:

• Previous working experience in Germany, ideally in FTTx
• Knowledge of GIS
