Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Marousi for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving quality tea & healthy beverages, providing excellent customer service, communicating with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Barista will also work closely with the wellness team to ensure the wellness space is operating efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills: ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Barista skills: experience preparing and serving quality tea & healthy beverages
• Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers
• Customer service skills: ability to provide excellent customer service, prioritize customer needs, and handle customer complaints
• Food preparation skills: ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and prepare food efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a vegan shop or café setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
